Configuration
The best installation begins with a good plan for implementation which begins even before we arrive at your facility. All of our phone systems are configured to our client’s exact specifications and tested at our facility prior to us arriving at your facility. This limits any business interruptions which might occur if problems are encountered during the installation process. The pre-installation configuration includes setup of all extension numbers and their associated users, configuration of the dial plan for outbound dialing, configuration of any special features such as automated attendant or call groups. At this time the system will run for an extended period giving us the opportunity to detect any equipment problems with the server or telephones so that these devices can be replaced prior to installation. Once the system is configured we can test the system for proper operation.
Installation
Once a system has gone through our comprehensive in-house configuration and testing procedures the system will be ready for installation at a user site. The user site will have been surveyed by our system engineering staff to determine the following:
- There is adequate power for operation of all devices.
- There are adequate network ports for both the server and all telephone handsets.
- The TELCO lines are installed and configured as ordered.
- Internet connections, if required, are installed and operational.
- The network equipment (i.e. switches, routers, firewalls) necessary for installation are installed and configured properly.
- If PoE (power over ethernet) is used, are the switches PoE enabled?
- If a UPS or battery back up is required, is it in place and operational?
We can provide full installation service for all phone systems, network equipment, cabling and telephones. The system will be fully operational to your exact specifications before we turn it over to you for use.

Training
There are two types of training which are critical to the successful implementation of a telephone system from click4pbx. The first and most important is the System Administrators training. Administrator sessions are one on one to provide high level training on all functions and management of the system. The Administrator is the individual that will become the central point of contact for administrating the day-to-day operation of the phone system when required. This person will oversee basic phone system functionality such as adding or deleting users, supervising the system back-up, managing the digital receptionist schedule, password administration, and similar functions of the like. This training will give the administrator a thorough understanding of overall telephone functionality who then can assist or train other employees in the operation of installed devices.
A less intense type of training which we provide is our User training program. Sessions for users cover all phone functions to insure optimization of feature use. In User training an attendee will be trained on the various aspects on the operation of their telephone handset and associated features such as voicemail. Users will be given a brief overview of the configuration of the system installed and its intended mode of operation in their specific environment. The telephone handsets and their specific functions will be explained and how they interact with the phone system will be thoroughly explained. This includes such basic features as call hold, transfer, redial, conference, as well as advanced features such as conference bridging, call recording, and call forwarding. Each training session is limited to small groups and will be completed prior to installation of the system.
Tech Support

We offer extended warranty programs for all of our systems that enable users the ability to extend their warranty indefinitely. If needed, we provide replacement hardware while your equipment is being repaired so that you experience little or no interruption in conducting your business as usual.
